This policy explains what personal data Weditorial collects when you contact us or request the guide, what we use it for, and your rights.

What we collect

What you send us through the form or by message: first and last name, email, phone or WhatsApp, your partner’s name, the date and place of the wedding, number of guests, the services and budget you have in mind, and anything you choose to tell us about the day. If you contact us through a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta may prefill some of these fields from your account.

What we use it for

To send you the guide, reply to your request, check our availability for your date, prepare a proposal, follow up on the contract, and meet legal obligations. We never sell your data.

Legal basis

Your request and the pre-contract steps it involves, performing the contract, legal obligations and, where required, your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us work, and only as far as needed: website and form hosting (Wix), email, contact management (Google) and enquiry platforms. Data sent through Meta forms is also subject to Meta’s privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above. After that it is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@weditorial.pt. You can also complain to Portugal’s data protection authority (CNPD).

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or use.

Changes

We may update this policy when needed. The version in force is the one published on this page.
